  Absolutely horrible service. I pulled up the app rewards and showed them the offer that I had put in and they said that the computer wouldn't honor it. Then use your manager skill and promo it off. Last time I'll be going there! Pathetic

  Not exactly The shining example of what you want to see in a Wendy's. Their frosting machine was broken. Took forever to get up to the counter. I've never seen orders taken so slowly. I was frustrated enough to where I only got just enough to tide me over to get me to a different fast food restaurant down the road

  1- let's start with the fact that I was there at 11am and the store was closed. Had to cancel an online order. Customer service from corporate is garbage as I never got connected with an agent. 2- you want to charge $10 for 2 large drinks? Thats insanity. 3- if you can't even afford your take out containers, there's a massive issue. Chili cheese fries came wrapped in Saran wrap lol. This location needs to be shut down.

  Worst restaurant in Franklin County they always forget to but something in the bag. Went in and know one was around and it smelled like weed BAD !!!
