  I paid $41 for four subs and had a terrible experience. All of the sandwiches were made sloppily, and two of them were completely wrong. I specifically ordered two meatball subs but instead received three BMTs. This level of inaccuracy and lack of care is unacceptable, especially for the price. The service was just as disappointing as the food, and the overall experience felt like a complete waste of money. I would like this issue addressed and a refund for my order. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning. Please make this right.

  Closes 15 minutes before actually closing time and stands at the front counter. Phone number was disconnected as well.

  Very clean atmosphere, service was amazing! And the food was very good. Decent portion sizes.

  Does anyone know who the manager is at the Subway in town? I stopped in earlier and was told they were out of a certain type of bread and it would be about a 20-minute wait. I left for about an hour, came back, and was then told it would be another hour and a half. Meanwhile, the employees were laughing and sitting on the counter in the back, which felt really unprofessional and like my time wasn’t being taken seriously. I’m not trying to start anything, but I would like to speak with the manager or owner so this can be addressed. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

  Rocky Mount subway is clean, has great food, and the employees are helpful and super nice!!
