The manager offered to 1. Pick up 10 pieces of chicken that day or 2. Come back 2 days later for 40 pieces of chicken. Being that we had started our celebration neither option worked. Charles pitched my suggestion of a gift card for the chicken we did not receive and the manager accepted. Two star removed because it seemed as if the manager felt I was lying about the missing chicken and neither pitched option felt fair to us as the customer. More stars would have been removed but Charles saved the day!!!! Moral of this review is count pre-ordered items before leaving the store to assure accuracy. Again, thank you Charles.
