I ordered 2 medium handmade pan pizzas, but received thin crusts instead. The employee explained that their pan pizzas are made on a regular, thin crust, just in a round metal pan.. which is completely false.. I’ve always known that pan pizzas are made with fresh dough pressed into a pan, which is different from how thin crusts are prepared. While I guess I appreciate the employees attempt to explain, we couldn’t agree on the difference. Rather than have them remake the order, I opted for a refund. I’m not sure I’ll return to this location soon, as I was hoping for a smoother experience.. on a brighter note, the Pizza Hut pizzas I got were great!
