  Very disappointed in the amount of chicken on the chicken rippers 2 of them had almost no chicken in the breading. None had near the amount shown in the add. Probably less chicken than one tender in total.

  I got two fish sandwiches and both didn't have pickle and hardly any tarter sauce only a small amount on each buns were burnt from toaster. I also got 4 tenders that was fried so long you couldn't eat was hard and over cooked. Nice new store but you don't have the food to back it up. The bad part is I had to wait for them to fix that mess. Spent $23. Dollars on food I could hardly stand to eat.

  Nasty! Watered down gravy missing a biscuit. The grits were straight chunks. the manager said oh yeah i threw that gravy out lol THEN WHY SERVE IT TO CUSTOMERS. save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. DISGUSTING

  Went through drivethru it was after 5 because you cant get the $19.99 meal till after 5..ordered 2 because I was dropping one off at my daughter's on my way home..there was a long line behind me so I did not say anything but I should have held the line till it was done right.. they put both meals n one box..handed me a tea n a bag with the Cole slaw seperate..I could hardly lift it into the car. I was so mad because now I cant just pull in and give them their meal I got to go in and divide it up..it was so heavy I was afraid id drop it or the bottom fall out..why cant people do what they are asked to do. 2 meals. 2 boxes. How hard is that..guess it saved the company 4 cents but they wasted a bag and got a bad review so dont think that turned out too well.
