- EXElite Xpress4 days ago1.0I love me some tropical smoothie but never use the blue hills location until resent. so I order 2 green juice and 2 Caribbean jerk rap omg the rice was cold and hard I call and talk to someone who stated she is the manager she said I could come back they will make it over . I told her am not able to turn back because I do delivery in Harrisonburg and am already late she said ok come back another day So I go back then she took the receipt saying it’s been 5 days so she can’t offer the raps to me any more I had was to purchase 2 more rap because I was already there and omg it was the same thing rice cold like they just take it from the fridge don’t even hear it up and it what hard I didn’t even bother to call again I just know I will never go back to that location again I blame myself the second time I should have check the raps before I leave the store
