- KKkkiMar 28, 20261.0I ordered $31 of food from taco bell on 03/28/2026 and had three different types of sauces listed on my order off their app 15 of each ( because i know i need to add a lot in order to even get some). I received my order shortly after, and i got no sauces not even one packet with four tacos and nacho fries. unfortunately i can’t eat my taco bell without my sauces, so i placed another order with one thing adding 15 of each sauce AGAIN! i received it and got NONE! AGAIN! i completely wasted my money and ended up not even eating the food i ordered. I more than likely will not be ordering taco bell ever again from anywhere because of this. it needs to get better because it’s getting ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the rest of my order was not in the bag. I called the manager who explained to me that they could not issue a refund since I “ate the food.” I ate a taco, the rest of the *wrong* order was still in the bag. Oh well, at least I liked the taco. Mistakes happen, but a good business practice would have been to issue a refund. Management should do better.
