Went in February and all our ice cream had hairs in it. I alerted one of the staff and showed him the hairs. I did not make a scene I said I know accidents happen may I please just have a refund. He came back a little while later and gave me a full refund on a gift card. I went back last week and tried to use the gift card on the app and it said card already in use. I asked an associate and she said she would go in and get the manager to check the balance. She came back and said there was no money on the gift card so we must have spent it all. I explained that the card was loaded by the same location a couple weeks prior and to that she told me that she wasn’t working that night and she couldn’t do anything to help me. I even pulled the order up on my app to show her the items replaced. She stated there was nothing to be done about the gift card or a refund. So, if you have to get a refund on a gift card. Please check your balance before you leave because there’s a chance the card will be empty when you got to use it.

We stopped for lunch today and was very disappointed. Not only did we have to wait forever but we ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger meal but got a single cheeseburger instead. We also ordered a ultimate meat burrito and there were a couple small pieces of meat on it. I understand that mistakes can happen but 3 mistakes is too much.i tried to speak to someone about it but the young lady said she was mew and didnt know what to do. Sonic needs to do better, people do not want to pay a small fortune for there food only to have every aspect of your order wrong.

Very unprofessional. The shift manager working tonight apparently named Kathy not sure if her name is accurate she refused to give her own name also another employee told me her name is Kathy because miss kathy refused to give any information and hung up on me. march 22 2026 and she refused to give the general managers name. Had us waiting 30 minutes for 3 drinks a burger and a pretzel.. still didn’t get our food. Yet other cars that pulled up way after us got their food within 5 minutes after ordering. Also Kathy was not friendly at all.

Went in for lunch at around 1:30. Service was FAST! Like my food arrived within 2-3 minutes of ordering. But I'm pretty sure I know the reason why. The food is prepped ahead, quite a bit ahead. I ordered their "Smasher" burger... it wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Definitely was on the dry side and tasted as if it had been sitting somewhere, getting old. Same with the fries. They weren't stone cold... but were not fresh, just a luke warm product. I would rather wait a few minutes and get some hot food then get the speedy service.
