  When I arrived at the drive thru the man doing the orders was audibly irritated that we were ordering at 12:30 at night , so I ordered 2 Brownie Blast With cookie dough and they did not put my cookie dough. I went back to ask to get it added into my milk shake and I was met with a nasty response of “ there’s cookie dough in there i made it my damn self.” I went through the whole milkshake and there was not a single piece of cookie dough in either of them. The lady gave me a very dirty look as well. I could tell that she was just being lazy and didn’t feel like adding the cookie dough because they were about to close. They need to hire people who like their job and not people who can’t get a job at other places because of their nasty attitudes. The night shift is absolutely horrible.

  The worst service ever I was waiting for 30 minutes and didn’t get any update. I contact the representative for the twice, but no one came to attend me, and they said that we are working on the ice cream, but it taking long than the usual time. Still, they are not giving the updates. I’m really disappointed with the service with this particular location at Sonic

  Its getting warm out. There were lines backed up and every stall was filled. Need to ensure proper staffing to serve at Hershberger location. We left because no one came out. People are ready for ice cream and blushes. The slushi machine was down.

  This is ridiculous! 18 minutes for a drink and tater tots. The reviews all say the same thing, but yet the owner of the location seems to not care Seems like their regional district manager does not care because this behavior has been going on for months. I gave them an extra two tries by going back thinking the first time I experienced this something was wrong But I will not be returning again
