  Very awful, if your Spanish sadly do not go there at all they look at you like your incompetent, sadly even if you do speak English. The blond lady that works there refused to issue my refund or give me my pizza, because I asked her why she treated my boyfriend like that. While she says she is too busy but yet she sitting there working as slow as she can go. I got notifications that said it was ready but yet when we got to the store she said no it's not ready it's in the oven to then later she says I have 4 orders in front of me, then tried to kick me out the store without my pizza or money . I have ordered from this store 100s of times and it has never been like this until she started working there. When I worked as a cashier before I'm sorry but the first thing you do is be nice to customers and pay attention to them vs ignoring and walking off from them, wouldn't even look at me in the face except for when she was yelling at me. I will absolutely never order from papa John's again because this is ridiculous behavior in a restraunt.

  I ordered a pizza from this location and tracking it online it was being delivered by DoorDash the Amed drove to the apartment complex couldn’t find the apt so he returned it to the papa John’s ,I called the store the female manger was story and very hateful to me ( poor customer service ) she said she was by herself and she didn’t have time to check on my order, very poor customer service if I could give all zero’s I would ,DoorDash is a horrible company and they need hire driver that speak and read English Papa John’s is the worst company to order from !!!!!!

  If I could give a negative i would. First let me say this, if you know well in advance that you dont have a driver in the morning, Common sense would suggest idk you let the customer know this as soon as possible. Then when your called out about it, you begin to get rude with the customer. Well I can tell ya, you won't get my money ever again. Ill make sure to let as many people know this establishment is horrible. The person answering the phone (OLIVIA) was very rude and unprofessional. Nothing but a bunch of children working there, but hey I guess it doesnt really matter considering all the poor reviews this place has. Should've avoided............
