  This morning store doors locked and could not pick up orders ! In line for over 22 min and order was wrong . Man at drive thru window was not competent enough to work and take money he was confused and should not have been handling cards ! He walked off and disappeared with my card ! There were only 3 people there it appears and young manager ( I guess) was walking in circles . IT WAS A MESS and DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED !

  Absolutely horrendous lunch, waited almost 20 mins for one 2 cheeseburger meal and separate sandwich and fry. 2 cheeseburger meal turned out to only be 1 cheeseburger. Staff seemed to ask everyone but me what they were waiting on, and the atmosphere was awful with half their lobby taken apart and clearly workers not in uniform asking what people needed while being grossly not within the works hygiene standards. Wouldn’t recommend this place anymore, it’s going down hill fast

  It's a McDonald's. These silly reviews make me want to ask what people expect. If you want edible, healthy food, make it yourself.

  I placed an order through McDelivery on the app. I was missing a drink, had a hot coffee in a plastic cup, and eggshells in my McMuffin. I contacted help through the app and it sent me to DoorDash. DoorDash told me they could not process a refund for anything. I called the store, and they told me that I had to contact DoorDash. I explained that I already had contacted them. She said she's sorry, but they won't do anything. In terms of the eggshells, she said that it was made with eggs, so I shouldn't be surprised. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

  Worst fast food in the region. Ordered on app, got there and my coke was 99% ice. Then they told me to come around and wait for my food. Waited outside for 10 minutes as they served person after person without bring me my food. Finally I go inside and after giving me a hard time they finally find my burger which was just sitting under the heat lamp since I made the order. They burger was flavourless and chewy. Worth mentioning this isn't the first time this kind of thing has happened. Last time I went there, a month ago, I ordered on the app for inside pickup and I waited there for 15 minutes. Turns out they never even made my burger. Worst McDonalds in the region, maybe even the worst fast food.
