    We ordered 3 combos for dinner, 2 Dave's triples, and one Dave's double. When we got our food from the drive through, while the drinks were correct, the food was not at all what we ordered. It was a busy drive through so we didn't check the bags at the window, instead waiting till we got home. When we got home, we found that we didn't get the correct meal. And I don't mean small mistakes, this was some random order. It clearly had much cheaper items and we were very disappointed as this was our dinner, and we had no receipt to go back with. This isn't the first time this specific building has made such big mistakes, though we tried to give a benefit of the doubt. Do not recommend this Wendy's. Very upsetting considering my family loves Wendy's. We are from the West Coast and didn't deal with nearly the amount of mistakes there.

    I started going inside because the order was always wrong in drive thou. I went inside when I got home my order was wrong I got somebody else order.

    Worst service of anywhere around you’ll wait 15 mins before you even order and it’s not like there’s a line of cars no problem with the food it’s just the service that’ll keep me from coming back

    Soft drinks are flat coke & Dr. Pepper so we changed to sweet tea and that wasn't even sweet at all, no napkins, no ketchup in pump station, no ketchup cups, dirty tables.

    I order delivery here a lot. Today however I did not receive 1/3 of my order. The food that i did receive was cold. Ordered directly in app. Tried to work it out with Wendy's delivery customer service which is via DoorDash. They would only refund for the missing food item without refund on tax paid on it and no compensation for delivery cost and having to reorder delivery for missing food. Could not get them to redelivery the missing food without a reorder. Ended up out another $9.50 in delivery fees to reorder. Then it came with cheddar cheese in the chili when I did not request that. Frustrating.
