Ordered directly in app. Tried to work it out with Wendy's delivery customer service which is via DoorDash. They would only refund for the missing food item without refund on tax paid on it and no compensation for delivery cost and having to reorder delivery for missing food. Could not get them to redelivery the missing food without a reorder. Ended up out another $9.50 in delivery fees to reorder. Then it came with cheddar cheese in the chili when I did not request that. Frustrating.
