  Its getting warm out. There were lines backed up and every stall was filled. Need to ensure proper staffing to serve at Hershberger location. We left because no one came out. People are ready for ice cream and blushes. The slushi machine was down.

  This is ridiculous! 18 minutes for a drink and tater tots. The reviews all say the same thing, but yet the owner of the location seems to not care Seems like their regional district manager does not care because this behavior has been going on for months. I gave them an extra two tries by going back thinking the first time I experienced this something was wrong But I will not be returning again

  Good luck getting your food. Waited 30 minutes, pushed the button again. They completly ignored us. Never got our food.

  My family and I visited this Sonic and ordered two chicken tender kids meals. Although there was only one customer ahead of us, our order took about 15 minutes. During that time, employees were goofing off and one was texting on her phone at the window. The service was slower than expected for such a light volume

  Excessive waiting time: I ordered a hamburger and it took 20 minutes and only I was a customer.
