Only been here twice. Bad experience both times. Basically the same complaints as the rest of the one star reviews. I honestly don’t blame the workers. It’s the company and the management. I wonder how long the company is going to respond with the same empty apology. Your customers are telling you what the problem is. Do something about it.

Maybe I'll get a reply here , today I ordered a coke added Cherry's and lime , well there are hairs in the cherry ( I saved it to show Manager) I brought it up to your worker and the boy had the nerve to say he didn't care and wasn't his well it ain't mine either. This is the 3rd time I had to deal with there attitudes and the fact you all still owe me money back from your cashier not being able to count.. and that was brought to the attention to the young lady I spoke with last week , she stated they need a manager to do refunds, but no one has called me back you all can take it but can't refund it please make it make since

I think there was a new staff working this evening between 11pm-12 am. I had to repeat my order several times and correct the order a few times. I got my food and only one ranch for my daughter’s chicken tenders and I had to remind the staff that I was missing my Oreo chocolate master shake… I got it, and it was straight up vanilla, not mixed, with the chunks of Oreo in the bottom… I’m just asking to make sure your staff is trained correctly on how to make the food and on listening to the orders in the drive through; maybe get new drive through technology if you can’t hear what people are saying.

Do not come here if you want decent customer service. Like I get it. It’s sonic. Not fine dining. But every single staff member in there is rude and incompetent. I don’t know who is working the window tonight but she had an attitude with me when taking my order. As always. 7pm. Order is wrong of course. If you like to gamble come waste your money here.
