- NTNatalie Tyson2 days ago5.0Had a fantastic time, the waitress was amazing, I wish I could remember her name, she was in high school and had hair that came to about her shoulders, she anticipated what we wanted before we could ask her for anything, and we love the ranch at your restaurant and did not have to ask for extra sauce like we usually do, have not had such great customer service in a while. Food was the quality I usually expect from outback. Can't think of a complaint at all.

They told me it would be ready at one certain time and I pulled in two minutes before checked in and my meal came out within the next two minutes. The young lady who brought me my food was very very pleasant and very professional, but very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Alot of the severs are very sweet and respectful . the mangers are interactive with the customers which is great cause u don’t see that a-lot.but overall this place is good to eat at and very exceptional.!

The food is hands down the best flavor all around and I’ve never had a bad meal. Atmosphere and cleanliness is sometimes hit or miss but if Cooper is there I know my experience will be great.
- TETravis EdwardsNov 14, 20251.0Stopped at Outback in Roanoke for food and drink. We decided sit at bar. Bad idea!!! First off the bar was absolutely filthy. We had to ask twice for bread. Mainly because she was on her phone 90% of the time. The bartender was not dressed appropriately not looking like other workers there. She never even told us her name until at the end. Her name was Bri. We were very disappointed. We will never sit at bar again if she is there. One positive the food was great!
