  Our waitress was great! It was so hot inside the restaurant it was miserable. I ordered a steak meal for lunch with a cup of potato soup ( took most of my steak and soup home for dinner) I just went to heat up my food and the “cup “ of Soup is like 1/2 full, I paid full price for this soup to take home.. see photo

  Server great but food quality continues to go down and down and down some more at all outback locations. This was the size of the lobster tail I got. And they wanna charge almost 40 bucks for 2. Yeah hell no not happening 🤣 what a joke

  What an overpriced dump! Have not been to Outback in several years, and remember it having nice atmosphere and good steaks. I was there two nights ago at the Roanoke location, and while the service was great, the steak was very chewy, the salads were tiny, and the atmosphere was absolutely horrible. There is no separation at all in the dining room, as there used to be with middle booths and partitions, it is just one big open cafeteria style room with very bright lights, greasy laminate floors, and nothing to absorb noise. It was loud, bright, and low grade!

  Our waitress Sarah was fabulous and gave us a great experience. Going to ask for her next time! Wait was a little long tonight (sat night) but i got the chimmichurri filet and it literally melted in my mouth cooked perfectly 🤤 New favorite dish and im usually a chicken person 😅.

  Ordered a salad, it was mostly the white & yellow leaves. No Green at all. It had rotten pieces of lettuce in it. Frozen green cucumber slices. Just disgusting. Ordered two dinners to go. Of course they only give you one piece of bread. Should Not have to ask for Xtra bread. It happened before. We have an order for 4 men, different dinners to go & we go pick it up & there is only 1 piece of bread for 4 dinners. Needless to say 3 of the men didn't get any bread as one man took the only one home with him. Anyway they throw the broccoli 🥦 in the same dish as the salmon & there's about a quarter inch of water in the dish soaking all around the meat. Good thing I inspected it before driving 30 miles to deliver. They had two waitresses in the bathroom on their cell phone blocking the door for about 20 minutes. They had some dude probably the dishwasher doing exercises on the wall coming out of the kitchen like parallel bars. Got a glass of wine that done turned to vinegar. Pretty disgusting 🤮. The whole place needs an overhaul. They put way too many spices on the food. You have to tell them easy on the spices. Otherwise it's so much spice you can't actually taste the food. I have several friends & family members that refuse to go there anymore. Then they go up on prices & down on portion size. The sweet potato used to be larger. Now they are so small you might get a bite or too. My recommendation is to just stay home & make your own food. Don't depend on this place to make sure you enjoy your time out. Disgusting 🤮
