    A good McDonald's the employees were friendly. The restaurant wasn't too busy but they didn't have many people working the front for the lunch rush. Drive through was super busy.

    The lady that brought the food out was rude. I said thank you so much her response mmmhhmmm. If you hate your job so bad find something better. The store was filthy, floors looked like they haven't been mopped in months. Ill go to other locations going forward

    Noone is in the front helping the customers. Every employee is in the back, only one or 2 of them come out to bring the food orders. There's really not a good morning nor a how can I help you? They just yell out loud the orders and place them on their counter for people to get. Not much politeness or human interaction.

    My partner went inside to ask about a mobile order we had placed through the mobile app before 10:30am (10/8/25) and the lady cashier at the front (reluctlantly, did not get her name) counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. He just wanted to get our money back and she, with a horrible attitude said "What do you want us to do about it, you'll get a refund" I just want to express how unprofessional that is. We will not be back at this location and I sincerely hope this lady gets humbled. You don't talk to people like that.
