When I ordered the Halloween dozen she gave me five donuts that were just plain or pumpkin? Didn't realize until I delivered them to the office. The manager and other young lady were very nice.
- CFCindy FranklinOct 17, 20251.0I’m sorry to have to give such a bad review ..But the lady that was working was super rude that even the other customer spoke up..I didn’t even get to finish ordering because she was so rude and rushing me while she stood at the cash register, screaming across the room at me I’m waiting on you I was like I haven’t finished my order…There was only two people in the store at the time and the other workers was helping them I don’t know why she can’t handle a doughnut order but she was just crazy..I asked if I could buy one more cookies and cream so everyone in my group would have one and she replied heavily with a no that I could only have three that they only had two trays left.After receiving my order and getting back to the office we realized all the donuts were burnt and the special Halloween doughnut only had 6 special holiday ones in the box with the others being original glazed. No one could eat the other box it was so bad..Please do better ..
