- KDKeshia DawnMar 4, 20265.010/10! While waiting for my food I had the chance to observe the flow of the workers and they never missed a beat! The food is delicious and the workers are so nice even though they were jam packed with customers. Kudos to them for making it all look so effortless!!

The store is clean and even though they don't have a lot of space, there's no clutter and plenty of room to move around. They have these cool drink dispensers too. Would recommend eating here and will be going back.

This is the 2nd time they've messed up at this Tanglewood Five Guys! They will never admit their mistakes and they will think of anything to say you're wrong! Here the customer is always wrong! There is something really odd going on at this Tanglewood location... I can't put my finger on it but these people are not treating customers right and they really seem shady. I wish I could get in touch with the upper management/district manager to talk to them about this particular location. Corporate please take a closer look at this Five Guys in Roanoke

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
