  1830 today 1/29 I went to pick up my online order that I placed earlier. Their parking lot was dangerous ice and packed slippery snow everywhere and extremely minimal parking. As I made my way slowly around to the entrance , I asked for my order then asked if I could please go out the side door because they parking lot is dangerous...? The short male with shoulder length slightly curly dark hair told me No and that I would need to go around( through the dangerous side) the side door and get my food. Again as I slowly made my way around to the side door he brought my food to me but as he was handing me my food the White man that was in line behind me was coming out of that same side door. When I asked how were you able to come out the safe side with your food? He said I asked him (pointed to the same male that told me no) and he said yes. I asked the dominos employee what type of racist crap was that? He ignored me and closed the door. I am disgusted with this establishment. Thankfully the customer grabbed my food and escorted me to my truck. He was amazing. Where I see ugly ignorance , I turn around to beautiful strong tall kindness Also my 360 dash cam atleast caught everything that happened at the door and after. Im going to file my complaints EVERYWHERE and give the dominos Manager Owner a chance to rectify the situation. Because telling a black woman to get her food from the back all while allowing a handsome white man to proceed through safely is clearly a disgrace and racism.

  We ordered a half cheese/half mushroom pizza extra sauce, 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches (one no mushrooms), and a brownie cookie. The brownie was GREAT, the sandwiches and pizza however left something to be desired. The sandwiches were dryer than usual and the mushroom half of the pizza had like 12 mushrooms total between 4 pieces. I've always had a MUCH better experience from this store, so needless to say, I was disappointed... Hopefully it was just an off night. We will give them the benefit of the doubt just based on our past experiences.

  Sat on hold for over 35 minutes. The guy working would come on every so often and just say “hold” then back to elevator music. Don’t waste your time here.

  Driver did not leave the order when they came. Called and they sent the driver back out, supposedly. 20 minutes later they cancel the order. Last time I will be ordering from this location.
