I am a total CAVA fan who eats it pretty regularly! Today I went in and it was totally slammed (so glad I got a pick up order!) and I was nervous to ask for something, but Aidan made it so easy and comforting! He was super attentive and gave me all of his undivided attention. He was so great that I felt a shout out was worth it! The whole team was great and I’m looking forward to going home and enjoying my meal!

Food is pretty mediocre. The kids running the line were pretty slow, both mentally and physically. The only employee with any sense was the young lady (assuming the manager) that was on the line with those kids. Basically a crappier version of Chipotle. Overpriced trash

They are frequently out of items on their menu. Tonight they were out of half of their dips & toppings. No carry out bags. Whoever is in charge of inventory should be fired. The employees couldn't even offer substitutions.

I had a very disappointing experience here due to the manager’s behavior. After finally receiving my online order, I realized an item was missing and went back inside to get it. Instead of handling the situation politely, the manager (Leslie) had a nasty attitude and immediately seemed a little deffensive. She insisted that the item was not part of my order, even though it clearly was. Rather than checking the order carefully or trying to resolve the issue, she had an attitude with me and made me feel like I was at fault. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and unnecessary. Also, as soon as I walked up to the counter where one employee was standing, the employee decided to walk away and go the back. Customer service like this makes it hard to want to return.
