  I just want to personally shout out Hannah from Carrabba's Italian Grill in Roanoke, VA for truly going above and beyond today. 💛 I haven’t been feeling well and ordered the chicken soup strictly to sip the broth (I swear by their soup). When it arrived, there was unfortunately no broth at all. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager, and Hannah immediately took care of it. Not only did she apologize, but she personally delivered a fresh soup with broth straight to my address. As someone who was a waitress for many years, I know firsthand how rare it is to see managers step up like that anymore. I just wanted people to know that good customer service in restaurants DOES still exist. Thank you so much, Hannah your kindness truly meant more than you know. 🙏🏽✨

  We went to Olive Garden originally cause we both wanted Italian. We walked in and asked for a booth. They told us they didn't have servers for the booths. Then we told them thank you but we will just eat somewhere else. We then saw that Carrabba's was comparable to Olive Garden on Google. Neither one of us had ever eaten here before and decided to try it. Thank you Olive Garden for not seating us tonight as Carrabba's was AMAZING. From the bread with herb and olive oil dip, to the Caesar salad and soup, right to the entree. Every thing was DELICIOUS! Our server Mark was knowledgeable and gave us exceptional service. We will definitely be putting this place in our normal routine. I can't say enough good things about this experience. There food is freshly cooked not frozen. I thought I liked bread sticks from OG but its nothing compared to this fresh bread.

  I haven't been to Car Abba's in several years and my return did not disappoint. I got the messula, which was perfection. My boyfriend got the lasagna, which was perfect, but I almost didn't even need to eat the main course bc the bread with olive oil and the salads were so delish, I could have just stopped there!

  NIKKI working the to go orders was EXTREMELY RUDE for no reason at all. When apologizing to her about the mix up of the to go order she said back very rudely its fine its fine whatever. Woman, if you don't like your job, quit. One day you're going to do that to the wrong person and their going to knock you out!!!

  Came here last night for my very first time with my mom. We were almost immediately seated, it took a few minutes for anyone to come and greet us and take our drink order. We finally ordered and I got pasta and my mother for her meal got the crab cakes and a side of penne. My pasta was good, just wish it had more shrimp and scallops as it was lacking compared to the overwhelming amount of pasta. The prices are a bit higher than Olive Garden which was a surprise to me. Our waitress only came around maybe twice after taking our order and forgot my soup I was supposed to get before my meal, it was brought out after I received my food. My mom was expecting the crab cakes to be a bit bigger than what they were since it said “jumbo” on the menu but they seemed to have been just regular size if not smaller. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’ll come back but it’s not in a list of restaurants I would pick to go to if I’m around it and it’s an option.
