  Oh, my, lord. The manager there was TERRIBLE. Short stock wide set individual with brown hair (didn’t catch her name). I felt so bad for the bartenders who were so sweet but were brought down by that manager. That manager sucked. We ordered a pick up order (we weren’t ready to eat) and the manager refused to give us the wings because we “ordered from the app while we were on the store” …. The kitchen closed at 11:30 and we placed the order the at 11:18. When she offered to cancel our order, bc we cannot cancel through the app, she refused to give us a receipt to confirm she canceled. She then said she’s not going to argue with us. We said we paid $50 for wings… so, either give us a refund, or give us the wings….. duh. We’re not going to pay for wings we didn’t receive? She then hollered at another customer, refused to give us our $50 wings or a refund. She then avoided our table after she said she’d be back in 2 minutes, 30 minutes later. I feel SO bad for the bartenders in there working hard, who have to report to this subpar individual as their manager who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. We go to Buffalo Wild Wings all the time, and have NEVER had this issue until we came across this manager. Oh. Did I mention it was my birthday? Yeah. This manager was argumentative, seemed like she had a power trip saying no, and gave us 100% reason not to come back. Bdubs, we love you, but get rid of the trashy manager.

  Our family was seated and it was more than 30 minutes before anyone came to take drink orders. We waited another 30 minutes for her to come back to take food order. Our food took an hour. My son ordered macaroni and cheese with his meal. It came out 20 minutes before any food came. We had no silverware and when we asked for it, we were given the plastic to go silverware. 2 of the meals came out at least 25 minutes before the rest of the table. Orders were wrong. I tried to show grace to the server. I provided my debit card to pay the bill. The bill was $82.14 and when she came back, my card had been charged $156.95. I disputed the error and after some time she came back with the right amount to sign and assured me a return had been issued for the incorrect amount. That wasn't done, so my checking account was debited for both charges. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning.

  We had called days ahead to make sure we could be accommodated. We were given a “reservation “ for a party of 9. I’ve got arrival. We were immediately seated and within 15 minutes our orders have been taken. The waitress was very friendly and refilled our drinks and made sure we had everything that we needed. However, it took 70 minutes for our food to be ready. When our food didn’t come out. The fries were cold and hard. The burgers were burnt and cold. The cheese was not melted on the burgers. Those who ordered wings and other chicken also complain that the food was cold. The manager did come out and replace the fries. One of our guest food was completely forgotten and he did not receive his food for an additional 10 minutes We for all atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and inviting upbeat and fun. However, the food and the service was not good. Do not plan to go back anytime soon.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My server, Aleeya, was extremely inattentive. I waited over an hour for my food, which arrived very overcooked and hard. After the food was delivered, I did not see my server again for nearly an hour, no check-in, no update on my appetizer, nothing. I asked to speak with a manager, and all he did was remove the item from my bill. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Since I had also ordered takeout, he placed the ticket on the table and walked away. I then waited another 25 minutes just to be checked out. When Aleeya finally came over, she snatched my card off the table without saying a nything. Even after returning my card, there was still no apology or explanation for the excessive wait or poor service. There was a table across from me that also received the same service but a different manager that was understanding. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this location.

  We visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location on December 12 around 2:00 PM, and it was not busy at all, which makes this experience even more unacceptable. I dropped my boyfriend off so I could go to Valley View Mall for a few minutes. He was seated and then completely ignored for over 20 minutes before anyone even asked if he had been helped. After finally getting a server, he waited another 15 minutes just for a drink. When I arrived to join him, it somehow got even worse. I had to get someone to get my drink order after waiting about fifteen minutes. I waited 35 minutes for a drink. During that time, our server went to the bartender twice and came back both times saying “it’s on its way.” It never came. After 35 minutes, I finally told her to forget it entirely. We also ordered an appetizer. It showed up 45 minutes later, at which point we sent it back and told them we were done and leaving. Incredibly, they then tried to bring the appetizer back to us again while we were waiting for our check — after we had already canceled it and said we were leaving. Even paying was a chore. We had to track down the server just to get our check so we could leave. We had a 2-hour drive ahead of us, and this place had already wasted more than enough of our time. To make matters worse, the people seated beside us told us they were having the same terrible experience and encouraged us to leave a review — they said they were doing the same because this location is consistently awful. This was hands-down one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Slow, disorganized, inattentive, and completely unacceptable — especially when the restaurant wasn’t busy. We will never return to this location, and we strongly recommend others avoid it altogether. TERRIBLE!!
