  Waited an hour at the table without ever getting any drinks. No one checked on us or gave us any updates. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Finally decided to just leave and talk to a manager on the way out. Waited but there was no one we could speak to. Very very bad experience!

  Food was fair- grilled chicken was overcooked. Wings were so expensive. Wish online deal was offered in restaurant. Very nice waitress but had to ask for refills. Took at least 30 minutes to get food and they were not busy. Fried pickles were good and boneless wings had good flavor. Overall not worth the money and time spent.

  This was our first time at the new location. We almost didn't go because the recent reviews were awful, but im so glad we gave it a chance! Our server, Elizabeth, was wonderful, our food was delicious, everything came out quickly! And a nice manager came by the table to thank us for our business and ask us if we needed anything! Great experience, will be coming back! Edit: Bathrooms definitely could have been cleaner, Only complaint!

  We went on a Saturday at 3pm and the place looked half empty. We waited sitting at the table for 20 minutes for a server to come take our order or at least offer to bring us some drinks, and no one came. I asked the hostess and she said someone would be with us shortly, but another 10 minutes passed and no one showed up. We got up and left. Terrible service, don’t waste your time.

  I want to start off by saying I work in the food industry, so 99% of the time I am always on the side of the restaurant. This is the 1% occurrence. The wings and fries weren’t necessarily cold, but I would say they were room temperature at best. My boyfriend’s food came out 10 minutes after everyone else after we had to ask. The main issue was the service. My mom specifically asked for no mayo and no onion on her burger. It came with mayo. No problem, my mom didn’t even want to take it back, but my dad ended up saying something. 10 minutes later a manager, Josh, came out and said “you actually asked for no mayo? Cause you’ve eaten more half of the burger. We just want to be sure we make it right this time” very bluntly. She had eaten no more than 3 bites. She says, once again very politely, “no I had only a few bites and it was just too much mayo.” Another 10 min later another manager comes and takes the burger off of the bill, which I thought was generous since all she wanted was a burger with no mayo remade. We all assumed the burger was being remade because that’s all she requested and josh said they were remaking it, but it never came. My dad went to a the manager and asked about it and he said “oh, Josh said you didn’t want it remade and just wanted it comped.” We never said anything of the sort. Overall just not a good experience, and this is coming from a manager in the food service industry.
