  My family and I have given this location a try 3 different times since they moved out of the mall and it's sucked every time. Last night was the last straw though. We were seated and then sat for 20 minutes and no one ever came to our table. I asked the host if he knew where our server was and he said, I'm so sorry, I'll go get her. He went in the back and then came back out. Ten minutes later, still no one. We left and drove across town to the Tanglewood location. Tanglewood was fantastic as it usually is. I'm done with Valley View. What a poorly managed joke.

  I’m still currently here and it’s been 40 minutes since we ordered ,Terrible absolute terrible I make reviews for every restaurant I go to and this is just embarrassing I have only made one , one star review and it was for the pricing this is just awful, the workers don’t even check one us and I’m still here I think this place should just shut down Roanoke would be a better place without this sorry excuse for an establishment I’m at a loss for words nobody come here your money and service is better literally anywhere else this is crazy I’ve been going to Buffalo wild wings for 4 years on my birthday I celebrate here always but this location is sad and sorry

  I put in a To go order for a burger, loaded stuffed tots, and the 20 wing and fries deal. I arrived about 25 minutes after ordering as the eta was 20 minutes. When I got inside there were a few people waiting, there were a bunch of tickets printed and sitting on the to go counter, but I knew something was wrong when the women was taking our names on a paper. She said she would rush the orders. I'm not sure what happened before I got there to back everything up, but never got an explanation. The dining room was about half full when I got there on a Saturday afternoon. I waited while new to go orders showed up and got their food and the 3 people who were with me at the arrival slowly got their food. About 8 to go orders or so went out while I waited. At about the 30 minutes mark of waiting, about 55 minutes after ordering, I was apologized to and they explained the loaded tots had been made but were lost. I ended up getting my food and back to my car 50 minutes after arrival, or 55 minutes after their ETA. Normally I assume the ETA is bogus and doesn't reflect when it's busy. But it wasnt busy. I got home and wanted to be fair so we checked the foods temperature right away, I live ten minutes away. I was worried since they reportedly had to re do the tots that meant everything else was going to be sitting for 30 minutes. Well everything was reasonably warm except the wings. The entire point of the restaurant. I hasn't eaten Bdubs for probably a year or two since they became so expensive. But figured I'd give the new one a shot since it had been open for a couple months or longer at this point. The wet sauce wings weren't even fully coated. Thank you to the to go counter women who was polite throughout the time. But something is wrong with the process. I'm pretty sure I saw a table come in while I was there, eat pay and leave while I waited on a to go order.

  We come in several times a month on Thursday for the deal on the boneless wings. We have probably had every waiter or waitress several times, some being better than others. However, there was one young lady that always seemed to be working harder than anyone else around. We never had her! When others were standing around, she was cleaning. I told my wife that she was was probably highly requested and her area was most likely full every time. This past week, we were finally able to have her! My daughter and I came in and sat near the takeout counter. We had Laura and she was hands down the best server we've ever had at your restaurant. We will always ask for her from here on. She is amazing! My daughter has some social anxiety, but Laura was so friendly and warm, it put her at ease. You have a gem in this employee!

  Absolutely awful. We waiting two hours for our food. We were a party of 8 that arrived at 4:30, we didn’t get our food until way after 6. The food we received was cold and the manager, Angie, was terrible. The receipts said 20% discount for our trouble and time but the math mathed out to 10%. Then she tried to tell us there was nothing she could do because “it’s already a deal”, by the end because we were not backing down she finally agreed to a $10 discount on each bill, she rolled her eyes at us as she walked away. Not even mentioning that other groups and tables that were sat after us got their food before we did. There was no organization, some tables waited 2-3 hours and other waited 1. Our waitress Kayla was very kind and I feel so bad she has to work in an environment like that. I will never return, I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming. Going to the BWW five miles down the road would’ve been much more worth it.
