Whole drive through experience was bad I just got a large fry. The girl taking orders speaks with an irritated tone..telling me to speak up at the speaker like she’s mad at me.
Then is just staring right into my eyes when I pull up for the fry I was thinking to myself like what is wrong with her? I work right next to yall & I hope you see this to & I wish I got your name because I don’t think anyone should be treated like that in fast food service.
It doesn’t matter if you are mad you do your job with diligence. I was there right around 1:40-1:50 & management should talk to whoever it was taking orders around that time because that type of behavior is what makes places lose business.

We went in me my husband and my daughter, we stood there for about 10 mins while the guy at the monitor was staring at us , then someone came out from cleaning the bathrooms , took our order had an airpod on , my daughters kids meal was wrong , they did make it right , but I will not come back after this . Disgusting attitudes

The night shift should be held to a higher standard because this location accepted my DoorDash order at 11:30pm. I ordered here because it was late.
Once the dasher arrived, they said they didn’t receive the order because they closed at 12.
Not sure why they would accept the order then wait that long to waste my time and the dashers. Really disappointed and probably won’t be back to Arby’s for a while after this.
