Lady working gave me a hot coke with no ice and said her ice was broken but working in the lobby so I asked if she could get me some ice from the lobby, mind you I was the only person in line. She told me she’s not going to go out of her way to walk all the way to the lobby everytime someone orders a drink, so I said I’ll take a refund then. She couldn’t do that either since it was an online order and told me i could go inside and get my own ice. My knee is sprained, hence why I went through drive thru. She slammed the window in my face and came back with a cup of ice. Safe to say I won’t be back here, haven’t had one good experience here & I waited almost 10 mins for my online order food prior to her handing me the drink.
