  Ordered a $50 DoorDash order from here, coffees weren’t made right, croissants were burnt, sourdough sandwich wasn't even toasted, hashbrowns were soggy and falling apart. The worst dunkin I have ever ordered from. NEVER again.

  Doughnuts were ok, service was unprofessional. Was the only customer in the store and the employee behind the counter was leaned over on his phone. We had placed an order online but it "didn't go through." Placed my order and they were out of the doughnuts we tried to order. The way the situation played out definitely felt like they canceled the order and just didn't own up to it for some reason? Not likely to return to this location.

  I got one of the new sugar free refreshers and it tasted exactly like cough syrup. The shift lead agreed they’re nasty and do taste like cough syrup. I asked for something else, she then charged me again for another drink because “there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just personal preference.” I don’t prefer to drink cough syrup. Left with my full disgusting drink on the counter and wasted money.

  I have been coming here for probably 5 years now, and I love this location. I always use the drive thru and the mobile app, but the interactions I have with employees are always pleasant. Orders are almost always right on point. Sometimes they will be out of an item, but always offer to replace it with something of similar price. The coffee is good. Sometimes it varies, but I’ve never really had anything here that was bad. Overall, it’s a good location and has good employees!

  Ordered a Vanilla coolata with whip topping paid .70 for it but was literally handed the drink did not get a chance to look at it he closed window so fast I pulled off and no whip topping will not be going back
