  The positive was the store was very clean and decorated nicely. However, I placed an order at the kiosk. The girl working behind the counter was standing there when I did it and answered questions for me. Twenty minutes later I went to ask about my order(I was the only customer in the store the entire time)and she says, you placed an order? Then she sees it on the counter and says OMG I’m sorry, we forgot about it! She then prepared my box of donut holes. I also ordered maple bacon. It was almost raw and cold and had no maple flavor at all. When I got home and tried the donut holes they were stale as could be. While in the store there were 3 employees talking about an incident with a rude customer and all 3 were cursing loudly at the front counter. I get their frustration, but you don’t do that in front of other customers. Very unprofessional.

  This place so filthy I am not sure why the health department hasn't shutdown yet. Outside and inside under cabinets kitchen and mostly the bathrooms ohhh ground outside patio looks like oil change garage. And those employees keeps disturbing load music going all day. Not a place I want to have my relaxing coffee

  Literally the worst Dunkin. Every time I mobile order through the app for the sake of efficiency, they are always out of at least one thing in my order. Today, they are apparently out of every alternative milk other than almond milk, (which is at least shown on the app, most of the time the app just lets you order whatever they’re out of, which I recognize is an app problem and not specific to this location) and additionally they’re out of avocado spread. When my fiancé pulled up to the drive through and they told him that the avocado toast I had ordered (and again, already paid for) was unavailable, he asked what would be similar and of an equivalent price to substitute it with. The employee said she didn’t know. He laughed a little, because… not to be rude, but that feels like a fairly standard question for an employee to be able to answer. He asked for a manager, not in a mean way, but just to see if he could file some kind of actual complaint seeing as they are always out of something or forgetting to add something to the order (last week we decided to try the new protein coffees and despite saying ‘sugar free vanilla syrup’ on the cups, there was no syrup added, so it was just creek water coffee and thick protein milk) and she informed him that she was the one running the store. Again, this felt like a laughable moment. Don’t waste your money, time, or rewards points here; they’re usually out of whatever you’d be spending them on anyway.

  After 3 years of second chances, I think it’s time to voice this - they are SLOW 9 times out of 10. Your odds are good that you will sit in the drive through for a good 10 minutes to grab the mobile order you placed in hopes of saving some time in line. But, even after all that time, you’ll pull up to the window and wait some more because it still won’t be ready
