  Listen to the bad reviews. My first experience on a Thursday was uneventful. Ordered food, got food. But tried again today, Friday, and the attitudes were on level 100. From when I walked in, no one in line, two people eating in dining room. Woman behind the line didn’t offer to help me but she went to wipe off tables while I waited which hey at least that’s something. So I continue to wait and there’s another woman behind the line that has seen me plenty at this point so I go ahead and call out “excuse me ma’am,” when I see what I think is her walking to the back. She’s actually putting on gloves (great, yay I get to order) doesn’t acknowledge me fine but also may not of heard me. Does ask what I want… and here it is for me. Due to waiting to order, I was trying to speak extremely nice because internally I was irritated. This woman’s vibe was I hate that I’m working on this woman’s order and still I maintained a light kind voice. At the end the price sounded low based on yesterday, did the right thing and spoke up, then it jumped to higher than yesterday when yesterday I had a drink too. Obviously I’m confused because I’m the customer and I actually don’t know the pricing as the employees do. First they tell me over $20 then a dollar or so less. So it would have been great to walk through the costs (and maybe even would have thought that’s what they would do) but the attitudes just to tell me the price and say that I wasn’t charged for something yesterday were so off the chart, I was like let me get out of here. I’m trying to spend my money here and it was clear they preferred I didn’t and that it was a bother I showed up to order food. I went to CAVA and had a nice lunch. The lack of dirty tables in there and women standing around with nasty attitudes and facial expressions makes me think sticking with CAVA will be best.

  Chipotle is always reliable for a high-protein meal! I came in for The three crispy tacos with just chicken, fajita veggies, and pico which is now trending on TikTok. The man who waited on me was so nice, asked if I might like the El Pastor, gave me a taste. It was absolutely delicious! The place was clean, the staff was super friendly, and I noticed while I was there that they were testing the temperature of the foods that were out on display to make sure that they were within safe temperature range, which I appreciate

  Hubby and I went on a Sunday evening for dinner. The place was not busy at all but the store was filthy. Every table a disaster and food on the floor. Plenty of people working but no one cleaning the tables or sweeping. Food was OK but I felt like I needed a bath after eating there. Also the exit door was broken and almost hit my husband in the head. Serious issues at this store.

  I have never been to this Chipotle before and it will be my first and last time there. We were the only customers inside and we ate inside. The place was absolutely filthy. There was one clean table in the whole place. I could understand if they were busy but the employees were all standing around talking. About halfway through our meal 1 person finally came out to clean the tables. The food was fine and the employees were nice minus the fact that they rushed you through the line. Honestly this review would be much higher if the place was actually clean--not just the tables, but the whole place--vents, ceiling, floors, drink machines, etc.
