  Just ate here on Friday- was a to go order of a chicken bowl. Had food poisoning for three days.

  Old rice in fact worse than day old rice used for fried rice. Seven chunks of chicken only in the bowl. Somewhat brownish romaine lettuce. But, let's talk about the unwrapped plastic ware. That's a good topic to cover because how sanitary is that, may I ask? Is it too expensive to buy the wrapped forks? When picking up an order at the window, are napkins too expensive to include in the bag? I believe the health department needs to pay a surprise visit. Don't waste your time here folks.

  I did an online order for drive thru pic up thru the website and everything was fine except that I was told that I couldn’t get my berry fresco drink unless I parked and went into the store myself. They could not grab it for me since they were separated from the main restaurant. They couldn’t give me a refund themself. I was told to go thru the site to request one so I left with a regular fountain drink. I had previous order that drink thru pickup and did not have any issue before. Very inconvenient and inconsistent

  We ATTEMPTED to eat this location but were very surprised when we arrived to find them closed at 7:00 when the website says 10:00 pm. Usually I would not be to upset about this but this is the second time this has happened. If I a business says that they are going to be open until a certain time then they need to follow that expectation.

  first I will say I usually enjoy eating Chipotle but last night when I visited the manager lady was working the line. I stepped up to order a chicken bowl was advised she did not have enough chicken for my order, however there was a cook right behind her cutting up chicken she saw me looking and stated that she could not take any of that chicken that it was for the drive thru line. I was puzzeled because to me a customer is a customer wither dine in or drive thru. we moved through that and came to the add on's pico was out and she said very loudly I have been working since early that morning and has not had time to get anything caught up. I said oh she looked at me and said what eles would you like. I finshed my order but that manager needs a class on how to treat customers. I suggest you get her some help ( she did have 4 other bodies working) before you lose your business. I will not be retutning but good luck with the rude customer service.
