Bakery
I am a home baker who has been classically trained at Al Pollard Culinary School. I have been cooking and baking for over 40 years. I enjoy making people smile and food seems to do that. I heard a quote the other day and it really made me think, “ They won’t remember your dinner, but they will remember your dessert!”.
I believe in making food from scratch, whenever possible. I offer small batches as well as large orders for parties.
