  The flavor of each individual item was very nice. The amount of sauce/ wet ingredients felt over the top. It ended up kind of sloppy and too rich. I'd be willing to back, but I'll definitely ask them to modify sauce portions. If you love lots of sauce, you'd probably love it. I currently have to track food intake for my health. The nutrition information online was far from complete, so I had to use a lot of guess work.

  Excellent, so many options. You could try something different every time you go if you'd like. The falafels are my favorite.

  Leslye the manager was very kind, she was an amazing help taking my order and making the establishment even more welcoming then it already is

  I happen to be visiting Roanoke on business and wanted something somewhat healthy. Back home, I frequent CAVA and enjoy their food. Decided to give the the Roanoke CAVA a try and ordered my usual, power greens only, spicy lamb meatball and extra chicken which I pay for, no problem. The server gave me a a little greens, I asked for a little more and she seemed irritated but she obliged. I told her spicy lamb meatballs and ill pay for extra chicken. She gives me two lamb meatballs and the chicken. I inform her that I frequent CAVA often, all over, and usually its four meatballs. She smiles and speaks in Spanish to her coworkers and then says its two meatballs. Then another coworker says we do two meatballs when also getting extra meat. Due to the line getting long and not wanting to make a scene over two meatballs, I tell them okay, whatever..... I ask for sour cream pita and ask where's the pita that comes with the meal? They say the pita does not come with the meal....okay what? So I pay the same amount I pay at other CAVAS but do not get the same food servings and to add; the sour cream pitas were rock hard like crackers tasting old. I tell them the sour cream pitas are old and not fresh. The guy behind the register says thats how they always taste. What!? Upon leaving I needed to use the restroom and only one was operational with two people waiting. Luckily the meal was paid for by my company or they would have refunded my order. I ate the bowl but discarded the pita chips due to the horrible quality. This is the worse CAVA Ive been to, the staff needs training. I will not return
