  My boyfriend and I went to have a meal at this Buffalo wild wings on a Monday night. They wasn't that busy but we sat there for over 45 minutes and was never served. Absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant to have guests come in only to leave unhappy and still hungry. We will never stop at this BWW again.

  We went in and were told a 30 min wait and they would call. I never got a call after 30 min so I waited another 10 as a grace period. finally went back in and she told me another 30-45 min. there was a birthday party and the bar was pretty full and maybe 2 other booths/ tables taken the rest were empty. If you go there and are told a wait time tell them to call you if it’s going to be double the time you think you’re waiting or just drive to tanglewood the service is always better. I’ve never been to this location before and won’t ever be back hopefully they do better for others.

  Waited over an hour for food only to be told by a manager that our ticket got lost and the food order never went in. Waitress was the worst waitress I’ve ever had. She was not attentive at all. Never came to ask if we needed refills or even acknowledged we were there. She should probably should find another line of work because being a waitress was obviously not the move for her. Also waited 45 minutes for the first beer to come out after we had asked another staff member what was taking so long to pour a beer. Once we got the food we ended up with stuff that we didn’t order and it only got worse when we got the bill. The bills were all messed up, charged for things we didn’t get or didn’t order and we went over everything with the manager to get it corrected. A few minutes later the miserable waitress comes back and asks what needs to be fixed on the bills after we had just gotten everything squared away with the manager. What was supposed to be a quick bite before the hockey game turned into a 2 hour disappointing ordeal. Needless to say we will not be back. By far the worst one we have ever been to.

  I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I got food poisoning. I went yesterday around lunch time with my husband, not too busy but not slow by any means. Our server was nice, but he was slow and brought out visibly stale food. Now listen, my husband and I are NOT picky eaters. We had been at the hospital all morning and was STARVING. Our server set the food down and walked away, didn’t come back for a while and didn’t ask how the food was. So we just went ahead and ate what we had. My husband got 15 wings and sweet tea, all over cooked and hard. He also got a side of fries which were so hard I couldn’t even break them with my fingers. I got the app sampler as my entree with a water to drink. My fried pickles were doughy and mushy and all stuck together so the insides were raw, my wings were also stale, my sliders were stale and hard bread, and my onion rings were also under cooked. Not to mention the food was cold?? We ate what we could, but I did request the fries be taken off the bill cause they were completely inedible. Our meal was $48 without tip (we still tipped). I didn’t / couldn’t eat anything else the rest of the day. I couldn’t sleep last night due to stomach pains. When I got up this morning to get my kid ready for school, I started vomiting with stomach pains and I won’t even go into what else. My husband is sick as well. I hate to complain, but oh my god do not go here unless you want to get sick. Edit- after reading the response from the owner and seeing the other reviews... it looks like the owner is responding to save face, and isn't actually working to make improvements at all. Looks like this place misses the mark consistently and has been for way too long. I have worked in restaurants and in management before, and this should not be happening as much as it is. They simply don't care about this establishment. If they cared, this many people would not be complaining about the same things I have. How do you mess up this bad this often?

  Large group of working men from a local company, and we do this kind of dinner regularly—service is usually much better than this at other restaurants. Was closen this month so the guys could watch Basketball. Ordering was completely disorganized, and food came out in random spurts. The people who ordered takeout first so they could get back to work actually waited the longest. The waitress was nowhere to be found most of the time—we had to hunt her down just to finish placing orders and get drink refills. Refills from the bar took over 30 minutes. Just an all-around horrible experience. We won’t be back to Buffalo Wild Wings.
