Terrible service, 3 Different employees to take an easy order.
Out of Arby's sauce but didn't tell me until I asked for extra. Waited in line for 18 mins. Won't go back

I've always liked Arby's, but hadn't been there in a really long time. My friend and I went through the drive-thru yesterday afternoon. That was probably one of the most delightful fast food experiences we've ever had, which we attribute entirely to Peyton. Peyton was such a nice young man, with a great smile and a personality to match. He was also helpful and accommodating, which isn't common in fast food in my experience. And if that's not enough, Peyton is also abso-freaking-lutely adorable!
The food was good, as I expected. And now I just need to figure out how to get my granddaughter, (she's beautiful Peyton!), to go with me to Arby's!
Arby's, I know I've been silly here, but the people you choose to employ are the faces of your brand, and people like Peyton are a rare commodity.
I'm now going to go ask my daughter how things are going between Cadence and her current BF, and find out if she likes Arby's! š

They were behind on orders, short staffed, and the folks making food sounded slightly incompetent. But an employee named Peyton was working and keeping everything together. Give this man a raise or make him a manager if he's not already because literally nothing would've gotten done if he wasn't there. He was polite out front and very accommodating to customers when things went wrong or if we needed anything, which is why I'm giving this 5 stars.
