  This is the second time I ordered delivery spending over 40 dollars to have no Fries or my large ranch. The first time my order was totally not what I ordered. Im sorry but I will no longer be ordering from this establishment again. To the West End I go…….

  I came in for a pickup at around 8:50pm on 3/24/26. From where I was standing, it looked as if they only had two people on shift…a young lady on the fryer and a young man in the front taking orders. I didn’t like the fact that they were or appeared to be short staffed on this evening. Shame on the company/manager for not assisting on such a busy night. My food was hot and fresh and I want to thank the employees that were working this evening for all that they do. I see you and I appreciate you for your hard work. I like this location a lot as I have not been disappointed with an order (yet lol) and hope it stays that way despite this locations shortcomings when it comes to staffing. I don’t really agree or care for some of the negative reviews here that come from the seemingly “microwave” crowd who thinks that everything they ask for should be received within seconds to a couple minutes. I guarantee none of those folks ever worked a day in a fast food chain.

  Ordered through doordash, order repeatedly delayed for 2 hours, and then cancelled. Called the store, only to be hung up on immediately. With the number of 1 star reviews here, it's clear upper management doesn't care to make a change at this location. Management: you have a crew that doesn't care. They apparently learned it from you.

  Monday: I placed a delivery order directly through Wingstop’s website and received the wrong food. When I contacted the store, I was told my only options were to wait 7–10 business days for a refund or pick up the correct order myself — despite having paid for delivery. No redelivery was offered. Friday: My husband placed another delivery order directly through the Wingstop website using his account. We were quoted a 76-minute wait. No one called to inform us they were out of Original Hot sauce. When we called to check on the order, we were told the order “didn’t come up with a number” and that they attempted to have the Dasher call us — which did not happen. We were also told there were no drivers available to deliver. These are not isolated mistakes. This reflects consistent breakdown in inventory management, communication, and delivery coordination at this location. When a restaurant partners with a third-party delivery service, the customer should not feel the operational gaps between systems. Mistakes happen. Lack of accountability and proactive communication should not.

  Ok ...an I usually never complain....but I will never eat there again. The list of issues are too long to even explain, but never again.
