  Food is decent when it’s correct, but please for the love of god get your freestyle machine tweaked every single soda here taste like nothing but seltzer water, it’s like you all refuse to add anything more than a drip of soda syrup

  Super bad customer service. 9:12, 3-26-26. Sorry I thought I could get a frosty but that was a no go. Each car took 10 minutes, the inside was closed so why did it take so long. Complete employee "Hell no" attitude. They did not want to be there and it showed. I can see why Wendy's stock is in the toilet. Please go out of business America would be a better place.

  One item I ordered was a single burger with mustard and ketchup. What I got was a jr. cheeseburger with ketchup. That burger wasn't enough to feed a 4 yr old child & isn't what I ordered.

  Food as dropped off tremendously, no sauces on anything, as well as no drink/frosty. Said no ice cream so we asked for chocolate milk, they gave us nothing. Spent the extra charge for the frosty and received nothing. We were also missing a 4 count nugget, very disappointing.
