  Food cold like the customer service,. I ate a nugget and it was cold I asked for a remake and they gave me 3 nuggets. Will be calling corporate

  Lady at the drive-thru window took my card swiped it gave it back to me then claimed that I didn't pay.... Accused me of trying to get over on her when I explained I did give her my card. The transaction didn't go threw, I checked my bank statement. After I realized this, I gave her the card AGAIN!!! to pay for my food. YESS SHE DID TAKE MY CARD 2 times!!!!!! LOOK AT THE CAMERA!!!! THIS IS NOT A DEBATE.

  By far the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have stepped foot into. Garbage all over the floor, not stocked with anything, no soap in the bathrooms. This place should be condemned. I don’t know how they haven’t shut it down yet.

  This was easily one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve had. We went through the drive-thru on a Sunday around 1:30 PM. They were busy, which we completely understood and were patient. We paid at the window, and only after paying were we told they had no ice. On top of that, the soda machine wasn’t even carbonated—just flat drinks being served like it was normal. No apology, no heads-up beforehand, and no offer to substitute or fix it. When we got our food, thankfully we checked before leaving because it was missing THREE items—and what we did receive was cold. My husband went inside to try to get the missing food, but there was no one at the counter to help. Even worse, the manager didn’t seem concerned that people were inside bothering customers for money or asking them to buy food. The whole situation felt chaotic and honestly unsafe. We ended up leaving without the rest of our order because it just wasn’t worth it. Completely unacceptable service, poor management, and a very uncomfortable environment. We will not be coming back.

  Workers dont even take the time to make the correct order, i had to reorder the same meal 3 separate times in ONE SITTING
