  Had the weirdest service in the drive thru. I pulled up to the desolate looking Wendy’s and tried to order a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, but immediately realized I’d like to get it as a part of the Biggie Bites Deal ($4- 2 items). One female voice asked me what was my second item and I said a sprite, which was listed as an option. Suddenly, an older female voice rudely cut in and said “a chicken sandwich?” Which I never said. I corrected them and said, no a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and a sprite. On the screen they had me for the Biggie Bag ($6) with a chicken sandwich and fries which is not what I asked for. The ruder voice started talking over me and telling me I was confusing them but I literally only asked for two specific things. At that point, I didn’t want to give my money to this location so I simply drove away. Whoever these two employees are, they need to be retrained or replaced. It was beyond rude and for no reason.

  I sat in line in the Drive-Thru for 12 minutes waiting for acknowledgment after I was told to hold on. Car in front of me handed their food back through the window about six times and refused to move or be allowed to be pulled up to get their food run out to them. Staff inside had no intention of pulling the car forward to assist other customers. The staff and the people in the car then had the nerve to glare at my vehicle when I drove off through the drive-thru due to non-service. This happens on April 9th at 9:46 p.m. This Wendy's is hit and miss. Usually 50/50 on good or bad service, and I understand training new stuff can be difficult, but I've never seen such poor service at this wendy's, ever. Whoever was working that night should probably get some internal training and make decisions about whether or not they want to work in fast food service. Sorry for being harsh but it's only fast food service

  The lady working the drive-thru was very pleasant and had a positive, upbeat tone to her interactions. I was delighted and surprised, to say the least.

  These people are always nice. Food good. I don’t why the bad reviews. Maybe they just get a lot of dumb Karens who like to post bad reviews.
