  Absolutely awful service. They need to either replace the entire staff or close thw whole location. It has been a slew of mistakes throughout the years and this really pushed it. So, we go in and want to order ONE Jalapeno Ranch Cheeseburger Triple Combo (thats one burger, with 3 patties) and they first charged us for 3 medium combos, which was 45 dollars I didnt have the budget for to spend, then got pissy with us when we asked for a refund (they didn't give us one back on the card because for some reason they didn't know how) Gave us 7 dollars and 75 cents when we were supposed to get 5 more back, and in the end didnt even get the order fully right. Do NOT come here if you value your time, money, and sanity.

  This place has went down hill a LOT! The building itself seems in disarray. Lobby was half closed at 7PM, grungy overall. No trashcan in the bathroom. The place was basically dead, but all of the four people I saw come through counting myself were waiting 5+ minutes to even be acknowledged to order as staff were all in the back not monitoring the counter at all. A door dash driver had to go as far as yelling several times to try and get someone's attention after waiting several minutes to be acknowledged. After finally getting my food, had to wait another several minutes because they forgot a fork (Baconator fries) and no consumables at all were stocked in the lobby. They were at least somewhat polite, but given the lack of customers the service overall was unacceptable. Only giving the second star because the food was decent. Not the Wendy's quality I generally expect with the second best burger in fast food...but decent. I now see why the CFA next door is always popping while this place is consistently dead. I still like Wendy's overall, but I won't be back to or ordering from this location again. If you're considering stopping here, save a cow and just go to Chick-fil-A.

  The veiled employee who works here is extremely rude; she neither speaks to customers nor welcomes them. I have no idea how she is employed here in a customer service role.
