- CJCharlene JeanApr 22, 20261.07030 Iron Bridge Rd, Richmond, VA 23234 on April 21 at approximately 6:45 PM. When I arrived, the entrance doors were locked. I asked an employee, who identified himself as a manager, why the lobby was closed. In response, I was met with an extremely disrespectful attitude and inappropriate behavior. During the interaction, he used vulgar language and directed a racial slur toward me, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. The individual stated that they did not have enough staff to open the lobby. However, I observed employees outside smoking at the time, which directly contradicts that explanation. Additionally, the lobby being closed made the location inaccessible for wheelchair-bound customers, which raises serious concerns about accessibility and customer service standards. This experience was not only upsetting but also deeply concerning.

I came to this exact location a little over a month ago and order 2 salads, both salads were fresh and my guest truly enjoyed them. I’m so thankful that the management at this location turned things around and I can finally go back to patronizing this location .
