Took a chance on a new spot for Pho and we weren't disappointed. The Staff was exceptional. Our waiter had only been there 2 days but was awesome. They greeted us upon arrival and thanked us for coming when leaving. The food was great. The egg rolls and bahn mi sandwich were super good. The Pho broth at most places is a little sweeter than I like but this broth was not as sweet. Overall really great food. Will be back for sure.

Really enjoyed my experience. The food was delicious (best pho and spring rolls I have ever had). Waiter was so polite and pulled my chair out for me (as a solo female that meant a lot) it is aesthically pleasing inside. I am excited to go again soon.
We recently visited Viet Holic Vietnamese Cuisine and Cafe for lunch and had a very enjoyable experience overall. From the moment we walked in, we noticed how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The space felt fresh, inviting, and nicely decorated, which made it a comfortable spot to sit down and relax during our meal.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a smile and making sure we were taken care of throughout our visit. Service was smooth and attentive without feeling rushed, which we really appreciated during a casual lunch outing.
As for the food, everything we tried was good and satisfying. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the dishes were nicely presented. That said, we did feel that the flavors could be a bit more bold and authentic. A little extra seasoning or depth would really elevate the dishes and make them stand out more compared to traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
Overall, Viet Holic is a great spot for a casual meal, whether you’re stopping in for lunch or meeting up with friends. With its clean environment, kind staff, and solid food, it offers a dependable dining experience. We’d recommend it and look forward to seeing how it continues to improve.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The manager/owner was VERY rude. The restaurant placed all guests in the back room, while the manager had a VERY LOUD private event. The restaurant did not notify guests of the event prior to seating nor did they feel the need to apologize for the inconvenience. The food was very mid as it was rushed and we were passed off to multiple waiters. Also, when asking for anything, the manager told us “say what you want now because I’m not coming back again.”
I do NOT recommend this restaurant as Pho 60 is 100% better and about 5 minutes down the road.

I’m unsure how this place has a 4.7. As a pho lover. This was the nastiest pho I’ve ever had. We are new to the area and decided to try this establishment after trying pho 60 up the street. We walked in and was greeted with a gentleman pointing to a table to sit at instead of walking us to the table. As we start ordering drinks our waiter asked if I wanted a coffee that had been sitting out for 10 minutes from a previous order which was a red flag. We proceeded to order spring rolls in which it was stale! The peanut sauce was okay. We then ordered pho bowls although they came out fresh and hot it lacked an abundance of flavor! It was nasty and barely any broth in bowl. Majority noodles that were chopped up/broken. Would not recommend this establishment at all.
