  Devin was great! He was cheerful and helped put a smile on my face by helping me navigate the smoothie app so that I'd get a free smoothie today!! Great experience and I'll be using the app a lot more as well🙌🏾

  Ordered from inside location using app since my lady had purchased our smoothies, which had large unblended clumps of ice in them, while at the counter. When the time was ready for the food I'd ordered to be given the preparer literally threw my food on the counter and walked away saying nothing. Not to mention the toasted snack wraps were cold. All in all we will not be going to that location again, just because of the poor and inhospitable service.

  Black woman cashier was very rude! I held my phone while she was completing my order just to ensure she was aware I had the app, she rudely mentioned the app scanner was on the counter and I clearly was aware of that but bc some locations have to double back if you don’t show it in advance. She then accused me of shoving my phone in her face and went on mumbling something under her breath when I asked her what she said she noted only DoorDash workers show their phone. After I told her why I held my phone that way she proceeded to go back and forth with me unprofessionally! She even went on to say it’s always the black people?!?!? When I asked for her name bc she wasn’t wearing a name badge she not only refused to give it to me but she told me she felt “uncomfortable” giving me her name! Something tells me this is not the first time a complaint has been made about this employee and it won’t be the last! Very rude & unprofessional service!!! I will definitely be sure to call the store manager and corporate to make them aware of the type of team members they are entrusting at their establishments.

  I have ordered here before, however, yesterday I ordered an acai bowl - I found a piece of lettuce in my acai bowl. This wouldn't be the first time I found something that didn't belong in my food or drink at this location. It is disgusting! Attached is a photo in the photos section for proof. I was unable to attach to my review.
