  We had a really disappointing experience at the Busy St location Corail M was rude from the start and seemed annoyed that we were even there. My mom was trying to remember which mango smoothie she usually gets and just said “mango.” Instead of helping, the cashier quickly asked “mango monsoon or mango magic,” which made her feel rushed and she picked the wrong one. After taking one sip, she realized it wasn’t what she wanted and politely asked if she could exchange it. The cashier responded, “I asked you and you said mango magic,” and refused to help. Instead of offering a simple swap, he rang up another smoothie and told my dad to use his reward points. When we tried to explain that we didn’t want to purchase another drink, he just said, “I’m so confused.” We ended up leaving frustrated, and my dad paid for four smoothies but only received three. The whole situation could have been handled with basic customer service and a little patience

  Online order for pick up. Got there a few minutes after order was to be ready and it was in the pickup area but missing a smoothie. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before someone came up and I explained a smoothie was missing. Took a bit longer for it to be made and brought. Got to the car and discovered they had missed up my Berry Boba bowl. They did a mango bowl instead. By this point I was short on time to make an appointment. For a small order 2 big mistakes is rather disappointing.

  Camel in today and it was the best! First time at tropical smoothie and i felt like i was on cloud 9 so peaceful, staff working hard and really nice. I can’t wait to bring my family here to try this out.

  Hands down the BEST experience every single time I come to Tropical Smoothie! The customer service is always welcoming, positive, and fast. The team moves with urgency but still makes you feel appreciated and taken care of. The smoothies are always fresh, perfectly blended, and consistent. You can tell they care about quality and presentation. The food is hot, flavorful, and made exactly how you order it. What really stands out is the atmosphere — it’s clean, upbeat, and you can feel the teamwork behind the counter. It’s not just a smoothie spot, it’s a whole vibe. If you’re looking for great energy, amazing service, and smoothies that never miss, this is the place. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

  I went In the other day and was asked to leave a review because iv never had a bad experience i said Yes! And now here i am Changing my review I went in today and had to worst experience ever not just me but other in there as well! The manager was rude and tried to argue with me over my not hearing my name called when it didn’t get called and others were complaining about the same thing. Pointed to herself saying she was the manager and wouldn’t let me get in contact with someone above her. Never will i ever Go back in that tropical smoothie and a group of people who left out behind me also agreed just nasty !!!
