  This place is worse than awful!! I will NEVER go back!! Every time I go, it's at least a 20 minute or more wait. They hand me cold food, give me attitude if I ask for warm food, or they will shut the drive thru window in your face and make you waste more time and they still will still give you cold or poor quality food. I am determined to file as many complaints with corporate, the franchise owners, and the store managers as I can!! Richmond customers, we need to boycott this location until positive changes are made!!

  I have been here multiple times and it's always the same, poor food quality, staff is rude, wait times in drive thru are sometimes 30 minutes or more. They will give cold food and get upset if you say anything about it. It's unacceptable and I will no longer be going to thisTaco Bell. If you like cold food, rude staff, and have 30 to 40 minutes to spare, it's the place for you!!

  Drive thru worker i think she said her name was winter...could have lied. Shes extremely rude every time i come here...NO customer service skills whatsoever. Sounds so nice on the mic i guess so managers can hear and then changes up completely at the window. So sick of it. Im ready to call corporate
