  Taco Bell is not how it use to be. Ive been to two so far and the food was cold and messy at both places.

  3rd and last time I’m ordering from here. I ordered 2 soft taco supremes, which were fine (I can only assume this is the only thing they actually know how to make at this location smh). I also ordered the cantina chicken burrito (might as well have been a quesadilla). It was missing everything except the chicken, cheese, and flour tortilla. No lettuce, no pico, no cabbage, etc. I order this same exact order at any TB outside central VA and my burrito be BURRITO-ING. Smh. Waste of money, disappointing dinner, and just all around trash. Please, just do us all a favor and close this location. It’s evident, they do not care (I mean, look at where it’s located, let’s be fr).

  Honestly this is the Taco Bell I live close to and have been going to for years. I used to be a restaurant manager and cannot believe what just happened. Explain to me as a paying customer I asked for a small cup of water and was told no. They told me I had to buy a bottle water. I then proceeded to ask for a cup of ice instead and they told me "sorry no" Its not like I didnt purchase food I'm literally asking for a tiny cup of water...

  Crispiest Chalupa my wife has ever had, freshest Taco Bell of my life- they also included a ton of napkins almost telepathically knowing that I would eat their food in my car like a slob. The cinnamon twists were hot and fresh- we could feel the love the staff put into the prep of this food. 10/10 would recommend, probably 12/10 if I was drunk!
