They serve frozen and undercooked ingredients to their customer. The quailty of food safety and preparation are below average so don't bother eating here unless you want to get sick.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The pizza hut, nao and zen, taco bell, and chick-fil-a all have so-so employees (with the exception of chick-fil-a; they're all super nice, most of them just don't freaking know how to pour a drink the right way). But this subway? They are wretched. I asked for a "little bit" of something on my sandwich while the girl making it was looking at something else, just piling away the toppings. I'm not exaggerating; as I asked for a "little" of something, they gave me a lot, and vice versa. There was no customer service, they barely listen to you (she put lettuce on my sandwich and the sandwich of the guy in front of me before we even said anything; neither of us wanted lettuce-- What is that??), and they all look depressed and bothered by the fact that they have to help you. Zero work ethic. It's horrible. Go to a different subway, even the one on Broad is better than this pitiful excuse of a restaurant.
