- TTTSep 6, 20171.0In the past I have had several bad experiences in this Subway from rude or creepy employees but today this Subway officially became a place I'll never go to again. When I walked in I asked the guy taking orders how his day was. He ignored me and asked what I wanted. When I placed my order he huffed angrily and walked to the back to get what I wanted. First of all ALL the food should be kept out where the customer can see it because after he was visibly upset he had to walk to the back to get it it's hard to trust the quality of it. After the sub was made the lady ringing me up was extremely rude and made it very clear I was being rushed. Again I asked her how her day was going and she responded by telling me my total. I then informed her that I would like to add points to my card. She then huffed and seemed very annoyed but allowed me to add points. And finally I asked for a cup so I could get some ice FOR THE BOTTLED DRINK I PURCHASED THERE and she handed me a cup the size of a mouth rinse cup you'd find in a bathroom. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. Everyone there makes it very clear that they don't care about the customer at all. I wish I had asked for a refund and spent my money somewhere else. This location truly doesn't deserve your money.
