  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude and not polite at all. From the moment I approached the counter, there was a clear lack of basic customer service—no greeting, no patience, and an overall dismissive attitude. When I asked questions about the menu, the responses were short and unhelpful, as if I was bothering them. The tone used throughout the interaction felt unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management addresses this behavior, because it reflects poorly on the establishment. I would hesitate to return to this location based on this experience.

  The lady waiting on me she was a white lady with blonde hair she was so nice I was in a bad mood when I went in and she took the time to ask me how my day was. Bless her heart I dumped everything on her she just listened then told me thi gs would get better that meant alot! She made my sandwich great i decided to dine in and before I left she was like I hope you have a great day see you soon. That made me smile. I feel like this subway is often overlooked but I highly recommend it! Food was great and very friendly atmosphere. Will be returning.

  The two people I had servicing me today were excellent. They took the time to make me feel welcome. I absolutely enjoyed the food from here it was amazing.

  The blonde white lady working on January 30th at 12:43 was very rude for no reason. I was nothing but polite and she had an attitude problem and did not want to do her job. She was on the phone the entire time with AirPods on and i heard her saying “I don’t understand why people are so difficult” after she was done with my order. I didn’t do anything difficult and was kind, meanwhile she had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I asked how she was doing and instead of responding, she just said “picking up or placing an order”- which is just rude. If Mr & Mrs Kang still run this Subway they need to do better at hiring.
