The service was efficient and cheerful, but the amount of tuna on my tuna salad was lacking and they wouldn't accept my promotion from the app. They also wouldn't accept the coupon the person in line ahead of me gave. He was so frustrated he walked out. If a Subway franchise won't accept promotions from the subway rewards program, then I don't understand the point. I won't be back. $7 for a tuna salad sub with barely a smear of tuna salad is too much.

When I arrived at 11 am to place my take out order for a footlong sub, they did not have any Italian herb and cheese bread, which I always get. My only choices were white, wheat, or flat bread. I chose the wheat bread reluctantly and they did get the rest of my sub made correctly. When I got home, the bread was not fresh. In retrospect, I should have realized that the bread they did have was from the day before and should have spoken to the manager about the issue. On my last visit, the cookies were not fresh. I will be going to another location for my next Sub.

The new franchisees did away with the old menu. the one they have lists a "specialty club sub". Instead I got a "baloney sandwich. I do not recommend.

I called before going but nobody answered. When I went in the employee was making her friend a sandwich. She didn't acknowledge me or anything. Then when it was my turn, she made my sandwich not letting me know that every piece of bread that was in there was stale. So I got my sandwich and bit it. The bread was the worst stale bread ever. So I went back in. She said, all the bread like that that's why I toast it. Hunny if you toast that stale bread then how would anybody be able to eat it. Mind you her friend was back in there getting another sandwich. Also I never seen her friend pay for either sandwich. So she ask did I want my money back and I told her if the other bread was soft I'll take it. Well that bread was stale too. The meat was brown looking on my cold cut and she gone say oh it's because of the temperature. Y'all gone get someone sick in this place. She did give me my money back but not out the draw. She went and got it out her car she said. That was the worst experience ever at a Subway. I will never come back.
