  I usually have a good experience at this Sonic. The last time I visited was disappointing though. It took a lot longer than usual to get orders out. Everyone waited at the drive-thru for a very long time. They made my shake and cherry-limeade slushy too soon. Both items were melted by the time I got to the window. I didn't realize it until I pulled off to leave. I'll give them another try though. Things happen.

  This was the worst experience I ever had at a fast food facility. The whole encounter was horrendous from the service and the quality of food was horrible. I called the customer service on my receipt but 3 days later no correspondence. The cashier was inexperienced and the manager was rude and a very distasteful to have a leadership role.wasted money
