  Went in around 2:30pm; store not busy as it normally could be. Placed my order at a stall. Once the food was brought out the first this wrong was the drink size for one of the drinks (medium instead of a large). Second thing wrong was that I ordered mozzarella sticks and did not receive any marinara sauce. Once the carhop returned with the correct size drink I asked for marinara sauce and ketchup for the tots. Instead of yes ma'am let me get that for you; I was questioned about if I asked for sauces when I placed my order. Now as far as I am aware for Sonic anytime you order mozzarella sticks you get marinara sauce, you don't have to request it. For ketchup I can see where they have stopped putting it in the bags but I have always gotten at least 3 packs in a bag with mints. If there has been a change with the process then maybe the person taking the order should mention/ask if sauces are needed or a sign should be posted. Saves the carhop and the customer some grief.

  Really disappointed I asked for a hot dog this is what they gave me. I don’t even know what it is it was to late to turn around and ask for a refund as I was driving. They need to really pay attention when it comes to taking orders I’m never coming back!
