I really have to stop ordering catering from this location. Every time I have ordered catering from here, there's been issue(s). The delivery is always late, and today it was over 30 minutes late! After the first 10 minutes, I called and they said there were some hiccups in the morning and everything was behind. I get "hiccups" can happen, but you MUST let people know so they're not wondering where their food is and why it's so late... Some members of the group that I ordered for were not able to even eat as they had to leave.
The service here used to be better, but after this incident, I cannot justify coming here anymore (even for regular pickup orders as the other comments have mentioned other cleanliness and service issues)

This is a great place for healthy food. Plenty of tables to eat at with friends. Customize your burrito, bowl, or other options. Large portions and tasty sides. Order ahead online to avoid parking issues or do like I always do, walk there.

Stopped by QDOBA on Broad in the heart of VCU for lunch. The food was great, customer service excellent, and price was not bad either. I was impressed. Stopping back next week when downtown.

WORST QDOBA LOCATION HERE IN RICHMOND (DON’T COME HERE AT ALL ITS DISGUSTING)
Let me just start off by saying that Qdoba has been one of my top places to go grab lunch as I am always satisfied with the way they treat me here and the food is so good to me. This location in particular is a mess in itself. I don't know what’s wrong that wherever there’s college students working it’s always such an unpleasant experience it seems like they don’t take work very seriously. When we first came here we were greeted by a young lady that seemed to be rather fed up to be there and gave us very little portions of food. Our first impressions of this location I thought that this place was FILTHY and it honestly looks like whoever manages this Qdoba doesn’t care very much about it. The floor from the entrance was super disgusting, it felt greasy and you could tell they hadn’t mopped it in a while, almost all of the tables were dirty with straws on them as well as they hadn’t been sanitized and nobody working there seemed to care about it. No wonder why nobody was sitting at their tables. To top it off I had decided to get some fountain drinks and got a soda and a lemonade. I have never tasted such a DISGUSTING fountain drink in my LIFE. The lemonade tastes old and nasty. I could clearly tell that they don’t take the dispensers off to clean them at the end of their shift as you can taste the moldy and nasty taste of the water that came out of it. I ended throwing the drinks away and basically paid for 2 disgusting drinks that I didn’t get a refund for. The food tasted bland which is weird because at other Qdoba locations I have never had an issue with the taste of the food. PLEASE BE AWARE anybody that wants a fountain drink from here to think twice about it as this was my 1st horrible experience here at this Qdoba. This will definitely be my 1st and last time coming at least just in this Qdoba. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
