  The cashier was confused about whether or not a drink came with an order. I said I just wanted the sandwich and chips and didn’t want a drink, she said it came with it so I said ok sure, but it rang up for way more. I asked her to take the drink off and she was confused. She asked the manager who had red and green dyed hair for help. I was explaining what happened- he cut me off not even halfway through my first sentence and said “ok, it doesn’t matter you can go” and waved his hand at me to leave

  It was a Saturday afternoon and very busy but the gentleman working at the to-go counter kept his cool, was very polite, and on top of it! I did not catch his name but he had multi colored hair. Thank you for the great service

  This was my first time ever trying Panera and there was a bug in my food so disgusting will never go back to this location

  I just completed a work lunch with a colleague and had to share my experience. The staff here are worth taking time to note here. I asked manager Rashad for the names of the two people I found most helpful. Tanisha was kind enough to notice that I was having a coughing spell across the restaurant. She paused making sandwiches to ask if I needed help getting some water. It’s not a major feat she did here, but it’s the kindness and the small gestures of humanity that we seem to be missing anymore. Just a genuine thoughtful moment that I appreciated. You could tell she actually cared about people. And, while Wahaid was busing tables - she noted I was going to get a box for my leftovers. She brought one for me, unprompted, and then took items away. Again, not an act that is remarkable in any way other than the fact she was authentically caring and took pride in her job. It’s nice to be in a place where people aren’t like sour robots getting through their day. This is as a nice experience 💛

  Went here and was made very uncomfortable by the staff. I placed my order through a kiosk and, almost immediately, the staff who were making my order started loudly calling out for me, asking to speak to me. I ordered bread bowls through the kiosk (which there was a menu button for) and they started asking things like "how did you order this through the kiosk?" It is not my job to teach your staff the items on the menu. If I can order it through the kiosk, I should not be berated and questioned on my way to get it. If your staff didn't know that a customer can order a bread bowl, then proper training is in order (or perhaps they could use the kiosk themselves once, and pick up a few things).
